How to synchronize the device with your desktop/laptop computer via USB cable/cradle:

Manual Setting

Select Start – Settings – connections – Network

A. idea_GPRS Setting:

1. Tap icon connections, select “Advanced”:

2. Select “Select Networks”

3. In the text of  “Programs that automatically connect to the Internet should connect using” select “new”

4. In the box of  “Enter a name for these settings:” enter idea_GPRS

5. Select “Modem”, and then “new”

6. In the box of “Enter a name for the connection:” enter idea_GPRS

7. In the box of “Select a modem:” select Cellular Line (GPRS)

8. Tap “next”

9. in the box of “access point name:” enter internet

10. Tap “next”

11. User name:

12. Password:

13. Domain:-

14. Tap “Advance”

15. In the TCP/IP menu, select “Use server-assigned IP address”

16. In the  Servers menu, select “Use server-assigned IP address”

17. Tap OK, and then tap Finish

18. Tap Proxy Settings

19. Select “This network connection to the internet”

20. Tap OK, and then Tap OK.

MMS Settings

Idea_MMS Setting:

1. In the menu of “Connections”, select “Advanced”:

2. Select “Select Networks”

3. In the text of “Programs that automatically connect to a private network should connect using” select “new”

4. In My Network select “Add a new modem connection”

5. In the box of “Enter a name for the connection:” enter idea MMS

6. In the box of “Select a modem:” select Cellular Line (GPRS)

7. Tap “next”

8. In the box of “access point name:” enter mmsc

9. Tap “next”

10. User name:

11. Password:

12. Domain:-

13. Tap “Advance”

14. In the TCP/IP select “Use server-assigned IP address”

15. In Servers select “Use server-assigned IP address”

16. Tap OK, and then tap Finish

17. Tap Proxy Settings

18. Select “This network connection to the internet” and “This network uses a proxy server to connect to the Internet”

19. Tap “Advanced…”

20. HTTP : –

21. WAP : 10.4.42.15, Port: 9201

22. Secure WAP : –

23. Socks : –

24. Tap OK, 3 times

From the Main Menu Go to Pocket Outlook option

At the bottom u will have a Tap "Accounts"

Once u go to this option u will have a drop down list from that select "MMS Tap"

Select "Tools"

In that select "MMS settings"

connect via :- Select Idea MMS

Then Click on "Servers Tap"

Default Server :- click on this option

"Server Name – Here type Idea MMS

Gateway IP :- 10.4.42.15

Server Address :- http://10.4.42.21:8002

Press OK to finish
